Once verified, you'll receive an email with your account details to access and manage your facility listing. After verification, you'll receive an email with your account details to access and manage your facility's listing. For organizations with multiple facilities, if an operator account exists, your request will require approval from the account owner. Once approved, you’ll receive an email with your account details.

How Do I Create an Account and Manage My Listings?

Go to viewalloptions.com, click on the Providers tab and select Create an Account | Log in. To request a provider account, you need to either submit a “Claim Listing” request if your nursing home is already listed on our site but you’re not yet managing it, or submit an “Add Your Listing” request. Once verified, you'll receive an email with your account details to access and manage your facility listing

I Don’t See My Facility Listed, How Do I Add It?

If you're unable to locate your facility on our site while trying to claim your listing, follow these steps:

  • Submit an “Add Your Listing” Request: Complete the request form to add your facility.
  • Verification Process: Once verified, you'll receive an email with your account credentials to manage your facility's listing.
  • For Operators with Multiple Facilities: If an operator account already exists for your organization, your request will require approval from the account owner. Once approved, you'll receive an email with access details.

  2. User-Selected Filters: Results are further refined based on any filters or preferences set by the user, such as care type, amenities, or services.

This ensures users receive the most relevant and convenient options tailored to their needs.

I Need To Delete An Existing Facility From My Account.

When managing your listings, if you find a facility linked to your account that should be removed, please email info@viewalloptions.com and someone from the Team will respond. Once the facility has been removed you will receive a verification email informing you the request is complete. Please note there may be some lag time between receipt of requests and completion.

Do I get charged for leads?

There is NO charge to nursing home providers or to those seeking nursing home care. We do not contract with providers for a referral fee when individuals seeking nursing home care contact a provider. Our goal is to give individuals more control and confidence in their search for nursing home care without any barriers and let the provider do the rest.

How Is View All Options’ Pricing Different from Other Referral Platforms?

Photo Requirements for Listings

To be featured on View All Options, facilities must meet the following photo requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 Photos: Each facility must upload at least eight images showcasing their property.
  • No Stock Photos: Only original photos of your facility are allowed to ensure authenticity.
  • No People in Photos: Images should focus solely on your facility's environment, not individuals.

Unlike other referral platforms, we prioritize accurate representation, helping potential residents and their families gain a genuine understanding of what it would be like to reside at your facility. High-quality photos are essential to making a great first impression!

To make this process seamless, we offer FREE professional photography services to all nursing homes listed or interested in joining our platform in Massachusetts. This removes any barriers, allowing your facility to be featured in the best possible light on our platform!

How Do I Book View All Options’ Photography Services for My Facility?

Booking our free professional photography services is simple and hassle-free:

  1. Submit a Request: Complete the required fields in our online form to request a photoshoot for your facility.
  2. We’ll Get in Touch: Once we receive your request, a member of our team will contact you to schedule a convenient date and time for the photoshoot.
  3. Photoshoot Day: On the scheduled day, a professional photographer will visit your facility to capture 30–70 high-quality images of your interior and exterior—at no cost to you.
  4. Receive and Use Your Photos: After the photoshoot, we’ll send you the images. You’re free to use them for any of your company’s marketing and promotional needs.

How do I Add Others to my account

Account owners of operator accounts can create and manage user roles and access levels for individuals within their organization. This feature allows larger organizations to maintain complete oversight of all facility listings while enabling specific facilities to manage their own listings.

Steps to Add Others to Your Account:

  1. Log In: Sign in to your account.
  2. Access User Management: Navigate to the manage users’ section in your account.
  3. Add a New User: Enter the individual's details and assign an appropriate role.
  4. Assign Facilities: For users, assign specific facilities they are allowed to manage.

There are three types of roles that can be assigned to a user’s account.

  • OWNER: An owner role grants the user complete access and oversight to the operator’s account.
  • ADMIN: An admin role grants the user access to manage and edit any facility listing on the account, add/delete user and admin accounts, reset passwords, manage and change roles assigned to accounts, assign facilities to user accounts.
  • USER: A User role grants the user access to manage and edit ONLY the facilities assigned to their account, Users do NOT have access to manage other facilities or user accounts.

What Is the Online Brochure Feature?

Our Online Brochure feature enables providers to edit a private, customizable digital brochure for their facility. Here’s what makes it stand out:

How Do I Edit My Facility Listing?

Follow these steps to update and manage your facility listing on View All Options:

  1. Log In: Sign in to your account using your credentials.
  2. Access Manage Listings: Navigate to the "Manage Listings" section in your account. Once there, you’ll see all the facilities listed under your account.
  3. Select Facility: Click on the facility you wish to edit.
  4. Edit Your Facility Listing:
    • Locate the facility you want to update.
    • Click "Edit Details" next to the facility name.
    • You’ll be redirected to an editing page where you can:
      • Update your facility information.
      • Manage recipients for new inquiries.
      • Edit facility descriptions.
      • Select the care types and amenities your facility provides.
      • Add or update accepted insurances.
      • Upload photos and virtual tours to enhance your listing.

Make sure to save your changes to keep your listing up to date and maximize its appeal to potential residents and families!
